Food with Christina

I had Christina over for dinner the other night. We had a stir-fryishkie thing with tofu. I burn the first batch of tofu, so that's what that black stuff is. Actually, I think what happened is that I use so much olive oil in my cooking that it burns to the bottom of the pan, and I don't scrub it off, so it builds up. I don't think it's gross, or I didn't. I thought it was good flavor, but I guess not. I've been soaking the pan ever since.

olive oil has a pretty low burn temperature... My roommate always cranks our stove up to 8 or 9 and burns the olive oil... I tell him to keep it below medium (5)...
